When will my order ship after I place it?
Please allow 24-48 hours for production time before your order is shipped. The average shipping time is 7-10 business days, excluding holidays. Tracking numbers will be provided 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at support@thesmartliving.shop.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied, or if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for products that are defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the product for a full refund. The return shipping cost is your responsibility. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number with the returned parcel. Note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order without any penalty, as long as it has not yet shipped. If the item has already been shipped, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
What should I do if I entered an incorrect address?
If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email to confirm the correction. Notify us via email at support@thesmartliving.shop within 24 hours of the incorrect submission, and we will update the address. No changes can be made after 24 hours, and no refunds will be given for incorrect addresses submitted beyond this timeframe.
